Products can be returned if ordered or supplied incorrectly. Products must be still in unopened original packaging.

3 Months from purchase date.

Place of purchace with copy of reciept.

HOW do customers return items?
Send or take back to place of purchase.

SHIPPING for returns?
Shipping is not refundable for returns if ordered incorrectly. Shipping will be refunded if supplied incorrectly.

CREDIT for returns?
Refund or credit will be applied for returns.

Instore return option?
Filters can be returned to place of purchase either instore or by mail.

Packing materials?
All returns must be in original packaging with a copy of the purchase receipt.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made from Uniflow Australia Pty Ltd, ("Unifilter"), ABN 98 750 615 51

1. Orders & Delivery

All orders placed through this web site are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Unifilter.
Unifilter may vary prices in the event of price changes or mistakes made by suppliers on reasonable prior notice to you. If Unifilter requests payment for increased prices, you may cancel the order by giving notice to Unifilter, which must be received within seven days of the announcement of the increase.
Unifilter or its agent will deliver the goods you order to the address you specify in your order, within the agreed time frame, subject to their availability. Where the goods are not available you will be notified of this by Unifilter as soon as possible. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods will be presumed by Unifilter to be authorised to receive the goods.
If your goods include products in respect of which the law prescribes a minimum age for purchase, you must be over the age of 18 years (or such other minimum age as is prescribed by the law), and you must ensure that a person over that age is available to accept delivery of the goods. Unifilter may refuse to deliver the goods if the person receiving the goods is unable or unwilling to provide evidence of proof of age.
If there is no-one at the delivery address or no-one of appropriate age to receive and pay for the order, Unifilter may charge you additional delivery fees.
- Once the goods are delivered to you, you will own them and it is your responsibility if they are lost or damaged.
- Unifilter reserves the right to restrict sales to retail quantities when supplying resellers and distributors.

2. Returns & Refunds

All product returns are subject to Unifilter's Returns Policy which forms part of these terms and conditions.

3. Prices & Payment

For each online order, you must pay:
1. the applicable price for the relevant goods confirmed by Unifilter; and
2. the delivery and handling fee specified on the web site at that time.
Your order and credit card details are safe and secure. All personal and credit card information provided to Unifilter is encoded using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, an encryption protocol that protects data as it travels over the Internet.
We are unable to accept COD charges.
Payment must be cleared before the goods are dispatched unless you have approved credit facilities with Unifilter.

4. Pictures

Unifilter aims to include up-to-date pictures of all of its products on this web site. However, our pictures of the goods may differ from the actual goods. We recommend you read the labels on the products carefully before using the products.

5. Privacy

Unifilter will comply with Unifilter's Privacy Statement. Unifilter will not reveal your personal information to external organisations except for the purposes of fulfilling your order.

6. Liability

Any liability of Unifilter in connection with goods or services supplied to you will, subject to any non-excludable liability for breach of conditions or warranties implied by legislation and to the maximum extent permitted by law, at the election of Unifilter be limited to:

in relation to goods, the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods; and
in relation to services, the supplying of the services again or the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.

7. Changes to Terms

Each order is governed by the terms and conditions current when the order is placed. Unifilter may add to, delete or otherwise change these terms and conditions without notice. It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms and conditions each time you place an order.

8. Applicable Law

All purchases, and these terms and conditions, are subject to the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Unifilter highly values the strong relationships we have with our customers. Often these relationships have been built up over many years. The gradual introduction of data collection technology at Unifilter will be handled with full and proper respect for the privacy of our customers. To protect your privacy, you can visit Unifilter’s site without identifying yourself or having to reveal any information about yourself.

1. Your personal information: what do we collect, and how do we use it?

We do not collect personal information when you visit our site unless you log on, place an order or register with us.
When you place an order you will be asked for the following personal information: your name, e-mail address, mailing address, delivery address and any special delivery instructions and telephone number. We have specials and clearance emails available to make your shopping and purchasing experience easier. Should you decide to subscribe, we will send you your requested information from time to time. You may unsubscribe at any time. Subscription to this service is optional and free.

2. Cookies

A cookie is a small amount of information sent from a Web server to your computer. We use cookies when someone logs into our site, to maintain that log in, to retain log in information, if requested, and for the service of our shopping basket. We do not use cookies for marketing, promotional or advertising purposes, nor do we use cookies to track your Internet activity before or after you leave Unifilter Australia. Any activity while you are at unifilter.com.au may be monitored.

Your computer will only store a maximum of 2kb of cookies. They are deleted on a first-in first-out basis. No other company has access to our cookies.

3. Emails from Unifilter Australia

Unifilter has found that attractive, graphics-rich emails are a quick, effective and low-cost way to communicate with customers and prospects about new products, clearance and auction items. We maintain an opt-out, user-customizable subscription service of email addresses of people requesting promotional emails.

We do not want to send emails to you if you would prefer not to receive them. Therefore, every email provides a way for you to unsubscribe from future emails. We also have administrative procedures in place to remove email addresses and domains that consistently send failure messages to our email servers.

4. Security

For credit card transactions, Unifilter adds security by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. This means that the credit card information you send is encrypted by your computer, and then decrypted again on our side, preventing others from accessing your private information in between. So, when using an SSL capable browser, shopping on Unifilter's web site is the safest kind of transaction possible with a credit card.
